The offices of the Warren and Washington County District Attorneys in conjunction with the CARE Center, Catholic Charities' Domestic Violence Project, Sexual Assault & Crime Victim Services, Wellspring's Sexual Assault Services and the New York State Justice Center will hold an awards ceremony in honor of Crime Victims' Rights Week.
