OVS has proposed language for two regulatory changes/additions. The first contains important information and guidance for providers related to the Office of Victim Services’ Direct reimbursement to medical providers for services to sexual assault survivors. The other proposed regulation relates to the recent statutory changes made by the Legislature as they relate to the Office of Victim Services’ reimbursement for items of essential personal property. The proposed regulations have been published in the NYS Register, which can be found here:
